The Loveless Law Office is a general practice law firm. Dennis Loveless has been in practice since 1982, and in Helena since 1985. Over the years he has represented people in various areas of law and currently does work in Criminal, Estate Planning, Probate, Business, Contracts, Mediation, real Estate, Adoptions and Family Law. He has represented Montanans in over 3,000 criminal cases and some 2,300 civil cases since opening his practice in Helena. He has been involved in literally hundreds of trials.
Dennis is a mediator in a variety of cases privately, for the District Court and for the Montana Supreme Court. He also currently serves as an administrative law judge for the Office of Public Instruction.
